PTC Electric fan heaters

PTC is the abbreviation of a ceramic heating element. It uses a fan to blow air through the PTC electric heating element to force convection, which is the main heat exchange method.

It is equipped with a temperature limiter inside, and when the tuyere is blocked by the fan, the power can be cut off by itself. Some also have the function of automatic power off when tilted to the ground. That is, when the heater is tilted or overturned, it can also cut off the power by itself. The output power of the PTC heater is 800-1200 watts, and the temperature can be adjusted at will.

Advantages: soft air supply at work, fast heating, automatic constant temperature function, PTC components generally have waterproof function, small size, can be used in the bathroom.

Disadvantages: low power, can only be used in a small area. Blowing in the same place for a long time will cause discomfort to the human skin.

Convection heater

The upper part of the electric heater cover is the air outlet, and the lower part is the air inlet. After the electricity is turned on, the air around the electric heating tube is heated up and flows out from the air outlet, and the surrounding cold air enters the supplement from the air inlet. This repeated cycle, so that the indoor temperature can be increased. When the inlet and outlet are blocked or the ambient temperature is too high, the temperature control element will automatically cut off the power supply of the electric heating tube.

This kind of electric heater uses about 800 watts of power, and the power can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of electric heating tubes connected.

Advantages: The electric heater has high safety performance and quiet operation.
Disadvantages: The temperature rises slowly, and the ambient humidity drops significantly.

Electric oil heater

Also called an oil-filled heater. This kind of electric heater is filled with a new type of heat-conducting oil. When the power is turned on, the heat-conducting oil around the electric heating pipe is heated, and then the heat is dissipated along the heat pipe or the fins. When the oil temperature reaches 85°C, the temperature control element will automatically cut off.

This electric heater heat transfer oil does not need to be replaced and has a long service life. Suitable for use in living rooms, bedrooms, aisles, and families with the elderly and children.

Advantages: safe, hygienic, dust-free, and odorless.
Disadvantage: that the heat dissipation is slow and the power consumption is high. There are 7, 9, 10, 12, etc. of oil cooling fins. The power can be adjusted by selecting the number of fins, and the power used is about 1200 watts.

Electric film electric heater

The hot air duct structure is adopted, the heat transfer method is enhanced convection, the hot start speed is fast, and the outlet air temperature can reach above 100 ℃ within 3 minutes.
Advantages: The electric heating film does not oxidize itself when it is heated, so the service life can be 100,000 hours. At the same time, it has the characteristics of small size and beautiful appearance. It belongs to the replacement product of the electric heater family.

Advantages: beautiful, fast heating
Disadvantage: Rapid cooling after power failure.

The shape is relatively thin, similar to the general shape of an LCD TV. This heater heats up quickly and cools down easily after a power outage.

High-temperature far-infrared radiation heater

A surface radiant panel using a photocatalytic coating composition is heated by an armored electric heating tube, and the electric energy is converted into thermal energy, and then the thermal energy is converted into far infrared rays through the radiant panel. The radiation area is heated evenly, and the whole system is mainly heated by far-infrared radiation.

Advantages: no heat transfer through convection, almost no effect on air humidity, high power, 1500w to 4000w can be seen in the market, high comfort, uniform heating in fixed areas, when only heating the active area, it is faster to use for a short time and saves electricity. Use outside the window.

Advantages: Comfortable, evenly heated in a special area.
Disadvantages: Fixed wall construction and installation, part of the power must be installed using lead wires.
